Guys, Rosmah is giving you a recommendation. Like she said, it is up to your belief whether to sell or not due to Mr Koon disposed his holdings in Latitude. It is already nice of her to share that Mr Koon was disposing.

It is also depends if you are a short term investor or long term investor. I think there is no new 'thrills' in this stock in the short term. :) But I'm holding it for now as I'm going long.

Wow pingdan, you are quite negative for a staunch supporter of Latitude. Haha.
I'm not a supporter of Latitude. Holding for now but will sell once it triggers my trailing stop-loss.

Lets see how Latitude fare tomorrow especially to get clearer picture.

Both SAM and Latitude are equally good stocks, but i am more bullish on SAM after attending Latitude's AGM. That why i sold almost all my shares in Latitude and buy in SAM. No regrets in it, now making handsome profits.

i find something exciting in latitude after having some discussion with cfo of a local furniture manufacturer who are dealing business with latitud before, this company also swift major their operating activities to vietnam ten years ago.many important facts i gain from him especially concerning tpp issues to be affecting malaysia, veitnam and china furniture manufacturers.
china furniture players sure will out of the game pertaining us market(china control 50% of us import market) when tpp start or they have 2 open factory in vietnam becoz of taxation issues,r & d issues

madam lin's is Chairman of Association of Furniture Manufacturers of Tai Chung , Taiwan. lin's family have strong relationships with us business partners. they even can relocate some of their (business) from taiwan and china 2 latitud if they feel????. when usd start 2 depreciate against ringgit few years later, latitud can switch their business contracts 2 vietnam or thailand easily coz of their presence in these contries.

If im kyy when i wan dispose i surely curi curi dispose in 14days so other people dun know about that. Come out news to let people know? Is he stupid like that to do so? Keep in mind he got 10percent share. Not 10shares. If people know this he wont benefit from it.

if we talk about us market, we talk about tpp. which countries in s e a will join tpp? malaysia and vietnam among them.malaysia and vietnam will sign tpp agreement with us next year. latitud use malaysia and veitnam as a platform 2 export more than 90% of their products 2 us. as my knowledge, 3% import tax imposed by us for malaysia furniture products. so among listed furnitures com in bursa, who will benefit most from this tpp?
