Director Cheah are not related with the Patimas. I will choose to believe CPE will not let Patimas to delist. But the decision buy or sell is up to you.

Yes, appeal again.

We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 19 November 2013 wherein it was announced that Bursa Securities’ had vide its letter dated 19 November 2013 noted that PCB had failed to make the requisite announcement by 31 October 2013 and PCB’s application for an extension of time to make the requisite announcement and to submit the regularisation plan was rejected, as communicated by Bursa Securities to the Company on 19 November 2013.
Pursuant to Paragraph 8.04(5) of the Main Market Listing Requirement of Bursa Securities:
(a) the trading in the securities of the Company will be suspended with effect from 27 November 2013; and
(b) the securities of the Company will be de-listed on 29 November 2013 unless an appeal is submitted to Bursa Securities on or before 26 November 2013 ("the Appeal Timeframe"). Any appeal submitted after the Appeal Timeframe will not be considered by Bursa Securities.

If Patinas want to remove from suspension and avoid delisting, it is easy and just by making a lot of profits. Additional pay debt to the creditor.
Patimas will stay as normal price by next week, I guess.

Patimas got new management and additional with CPE then hope can perform better and better.
May be will take sometime, say about 12 month.
Our government now is promoting the IDC, data center and 4G LTE is coming. A lot of smart phone application, E2E business need huge data center in coming time.

As mentioned, I will hold and don't care whether delist or suspend.
Buy or sell at your own risk, this is just my opinion.

PC n all, start from first lots we buy PCB, sure we hope to get some profit return!!! But we also know about this kind of PN17 company have a high RISK to fail, so when come to this situation, we have not much can do, even you cut loss also no point. So for me, i will even buy more lots at super low price (if your finance can afford), just like what people said: if died, let it be died totally, otherwise lets get back high quantum return.
