Without the GST contract, this counter is definitely a goner.
At the same time, they are unable to announce it due to the GE13 is coming.
This counter is really gambling type... like take ur money to casino and put bet under Odd/Even, Big/SMall, Red/Black, Banker/Player.

Either you get a lot or you burn all.

Is there any insider around can clear some air?

Dear Noeyesee..3.5 cent is the lowest for they year 2013 only..the lowest at 1.5 cent .But when it reach to 2 cent i believe is time to rebound...if not can say goodbye...

CPE Ltd is a dormant listed co in London n CPE capital is a unknown co. registered in Virginia Island. If CPE Ltd acquired shares it is compulsory to inform to London stock exchange.
my advice is got chance better quickly get out from PN 17 zone other wise repeat of another SAAG.
if you guys LISTEN to me, you has the best chance to to exit this counter on the following that monday 4/2/13 where they play up to 16 cts, that is day with record volume,which meant syndicate cleared all 100% But you guys do not want to listen to me, instead just follow blindly some of them said huat lah, TP50 lah, limit up lah.....
now everyday dropping, some recommend buy to average, but 0.16 to 0.035 is something very abnormal......you only think of buy cheap....it is cheap....0.035 how much can loose...... BUT DO ANYONE THINK of the consequence this counter SUSPENDED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now you tell me what you going to do about it ??? wake up !! remember how Kenmark, SAAG

If we look back at those one time show PN17 shares, they never come back in few months time. The best interval around 6 months for GPRO. [ refer it's last 1 year chart]...Patimas berat...unloading by the sharks until 0.015 maybe?
