Patimas has received a restraining order from the court for the period of six months to focus on formalizing their proposed schemes of arrangement which will be announced in due course. This is what I read from their announcement colunm. I don't know whether I'm right or not. Please enlighten me. Tq.

金虎集团向马交所报备，阿都阿津5月16日与17日两个交易日，透过Syawaras私人有限公司分别以37.2仙与37.5仙收购1450万股和20万股后，总持股已达1920股或相等于5.02%，正式晋身大股东。
目前，掌控金虎集团的大股东大致上分成两派，即以董事经理拿督陈维年为首的陈氏家族，以及去年末才购入大股权的普腾（Proton）前主席拿督斯里纳兹米。
阿都阿津去年底曾与纳兹米联手入股金虎集团，并要求名开股东特别大会以罢免陈维年一派董事；但他之后已沽清股权退出。
纳兹米入股后，以陈维年为首的陈氏家族迅速增持股权，包括从市场吸购普通股及将手上的凭单转成母股，旨在避免失去控制权；同时，纳兹米也不断吸购股权。
市场相信，阿都阿津这次重归金虎集团必定已有全盘计划，随时可能掀起另一场控制权争夺战。
金虎集团今日股价闭市时虽然持平于37.5仙，但成交量仍然相当活络，达5612万6700股，为十大热门股之一。

Patimas Computers Bhd announced that the court has ordered that any winding-up proceedings and related actions against the company and its units will be stayed for six months from May 9.

In a late filing to Bursa Malaysia, Patimas said on May 9, 2013, the court ordered that all winding up proceedings against Patimas and three of its subsidiaries be restrained and stayed.

“The restraining order will allow Patimas to focus on formalising the proposed schemes of arrangements unhindered without having to divert its attention and resources to defending and dealing with any proceeding from the group’s creditors,” said the PN17 company.

Patimas said the details of its proposed schemes of arrangement will be announced in due course.

I bought Luster 1,000 lots at 0.130 n sold the next day at 0.165 making about RM3,+++ quite a good profit. I also bought 500 lots octagon at 0.145 n will keep them for some time.

Patimas u can sell once the price above 10 cent and Octagon can sell above 30 cent. Current price still can buy and add more lot. Buy on weakness and sell on news..
