The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the due diligence on Party A is still in progress.


The Board of Directors of the Company will discuss the status of the Memorandum of Understanding at the forthcoming Board meeting which is scheduled to be held by end of the month, and an announcement will be made accordingly after the said board meeting.


This announcement is made on 21 May 2013.

From what I gather, today announcement is regarding the MOU dated 17/01/2013 n 19/02/2013 between the company n a limited company (Party A) in Tanzania on Projects there. U can read in details from the MOU dated 17/01/2013 in Patimas's announcement column.

1st Mar Patimas was @0.55.On 15th May it creep back to 0.55 and now down to 0.45.If u invest the same qty/same amt/same period in other counter,say Malton u could have make 20 sen profit.I made good RM on this counter earlier but cash out when no new development since Datuk took over.Now he disposed 55 mil shares.2/3 mths ago,He make so much noise in the press about his big plan to rescue Patimas and very soon.At that time he said the plan will be out in a few days
time..then this week...then next week.Sampai sekarang abuk pun tada.

If u wish try Octagon or MMA.Both PN 17.Better chance to make money.If u have budget for above Rm 1 counter,look at TRIplc (Not a PN 17 co but a profitable wood base co.).TRC stock surged to record highs of 1.53 from a mere 60 sen in April.
