中国私募基金控股集团（China Private Equity，简称CPE）近期将提呈巴迪玛斯（Patimas，7042，主板科技股）的重组建议。

这项消息刚好在腾讯控股（Tencent Holdings）表示周三和该公司签约在大马设立数据中心传出，令人揣测有关重组计划是否由腾讯主导。

接近中国私募基金的消息说，该基金不久前成为巴迪玛斯大股东之一，将协助该公司脱离目前的财务困境。
