Lot of people ignored magni by intention or unintentional because of the behaviour like A Pek stock which can't give you surprise.

However, Nike is doing very well record earning.
Magni the same in last Q result.

Hi Pang, I'm a newbie in stock investing so I would like to ask you something.
I don't understand the bonus & split that is incoming for MAGNI. Is the bonus comes first and the split is based on the number of shares after the bonus issue?

For example,
Lets say that I have 2,500 shares.
So I receive 833 shares (1:3) = 3333 shares.
Thereafter split becomes 3333*2 (1:2) = 6666 shares.

I'm guessing I'm wrong so can anybody teach this newbie pls.

For Magni case, share split first followed by bonus issue. If you have 2,500, you will get (2,500 x 2) x 4/3 = 6,666.67, and you will have 6,666 unit of magni. In this case, I would suggested you to buy another 500 units to make it 3,000 units then you will have 8,000 units. It is easy for you if you wanna sell magni in the future.

Magni share price up are due to low liquidity and some syndicates trying to push up the price for easy profit in the midst of bearish market.

Once tones of magni shares out there, who would be the buyers? Magni CEO not going to buy at such overvalued price... those who bought want to exit, how?

Expected to drop in price once share split! Still dump dump hold, then dong dong chang, die faster...

@Apple168, price up or drop after bonus is depend on the company performance and investors confident on Magni, not you said drop it will drop. Like PentaMaster, after bonus the price adjusted to 2.90 but now 4.60.
