第二厂房于今年3月建竣后，美特工业（MAGNI, 7087，主板消费股）的两阶段扩充计划终于完成。

如今公司每年可生产4500万件制衣，产能较之前每年3700万件，增加了22%。

行家建议：

展望未来，我们相信美特工业将可受益于贸易转移，因为公司的主要美国大客户，将转交订单给越南和其他东盟制衣商家。

加上产能提高，该公司可承接来自大客户的更多订单。

由于贸易转移有望激励销售，我们将净利预测上调5%，厂房使用率估计也会提高。

另外，明年的东京奥运会料会激励各大运动服饰品牌的销量。我们看好美特工业也可受益。

另一方面，由于今年资本开销不大，公司今财年的派息率估计可以由30%，提高至35%。

根据加总估值法（SOP），我们将目标价由6.60令吉，上调至7.75令吉，制衣领域的本益比估值，也由之前7倍提升至8倍。

此外，公司净现金状况稳健，目前有2亿2580万令吉（相等于每股有1.38令吉），4%的周息率也很具吸引力。
