Magni quarterly profit let's assume 25 million.
x 4 is 100 million.
If PE of 10 then 1.1B market. Not to forget :
1). Magni cash on hand.
2). Effect of trade war and expansion actually yet to be seen.

Assume with Trade war and expansion, revenue per quarter grow to 400 million(330 million now), quarterly profit grow to 30 million, x4 is 120 million. PE of 10 will fetch 1.2B, top up with cash on hand will get 1.4B. All these are simple and modest assumption.

Magni is at 1.1B currently.

Only risk I see for Magni is escalation of pay in Vietnam now that everyone is moving Vietnam. As long as the trade war and expansion effect is coming earlier than the escalation of pay, the valuation will happen.

Pang, although I disagreed with Apple's comments on Magni but you have commented too much in this forum everyday. Sometimes your comments are not readable and flooded in this forum. We need some quality comments to share in this forum and I do appreciate those willing to share. We all knew the value of Magni and we knew when to sell, when to buy or even to hold.

Pang, very happy you have earn money from Magni. Me too. I held Magni since 2013 and in between I have sold 20% of it, which is I think I sold it too early. But frankiy speaking, I am planning to sell some of it before bonus ex. because I bought at very low price. My margin on Magni more than 500% and it is time to cash some money.

Pang, I would happy to share my comments in the forum but I won't recommend when to buy or when to sell because I am not the god. I don't know when the price is the lowest and when the price is highest. Earning of the company will decide whether you buy or sell. And when you wanna buy, buy portion by portion, and same for the sell.

Price dropped might be due to the houston rockets case. Impacts advertisement of Nike products to China. I don't think it's a big deal though.

I think Magni's share price big drop is due of NBA team Houston Rocket GM's statement on Hong Kong. NBA's impact on Magni is just a short term. China consumers too emotional in this issue. Everything will come back to normal in short term.
