So.. no surprises here...pump and dump.. targeting the sale of WA


To keep the show on going.. now.... they have to buy some mom...


But... rationally.. given the cost... just like you and me... it makes more sense to buy the PA than the mom... even more so for them... as buying the mom means all that they paid went to a third party... if buy PA and convert to mom... 40% will go back to them... being their 40% shate in the SGB


So.. as they seem able to bring in projects.... coming to the end of it... would they do the most rational... use the gain made to buy the PA to up their % shareholding in SGB?


If they buy PA... the price of the PA will go up

Ask bursa not to issues valueless Spac, if those hollow com don't have potential target on hand. Hopefully, Bursa will not permit any more toxic spac in the future.

if contract value 175mil, later got more 1Malaysia low cost house projects like few million GDV more, it is a fundamentally strong stocks lo

Like I seen, not high gearing, got ample cash, they can continue gear up for more, bigger projects

Second Objective is to avoid a call from Bursa to Designate this counter. As long as it is NOT Designated, Ops is still ON. Need to inch slowly and subtly.

PA warrant calculation is 0.54+1xPA = 1 Mother share
There is also another option whereby 10xPA = 1 Mother share

Obviously people would go for the PA since 0.54+0.10 = 0.64, while mother share is now 1++
