DBE started increasing the chicken supply to KFC since 18/11/15 announcement.
And started HARUMI 2016.
Look at the Revenue 2015:119549762, 2016: 112979877, 2017 3 Q total: 84857000.
Even KFC and HARUMI can't push it revenue.
Somo more lost money so many years.

If you are Doh family, you buy so much share and on board.
Are you really interested to the chicken business ? Or Look good to HARUMI small business?

From record also can see the KFC contract announcement on NOV, and Doh become substantial shareholder on DEC. I'm I stupid?

the chicken business should take out. Dato Ding should stop the business.

Why KFC terminated their contract after 2 years? If they are not happy with DBE they shd terminate their contract in 2016 ( Now both parties agreed to terminate their contract and no disputes ). In 2017 Dato Doh bought shares in DBE and their experience n expertise are in properties sector. DBE fail to perform since IPO of ( RM1.2.) This action shows that RTO almost certain. Only setback is the RTO price will be low. Lets see how dato Doh performe after his RTO. Good luck and Happy New Year.

KFC contract terminated likely due to DBE's Harumi brand. It is a conflict of interest since both KFC and Harumi business models and target consumers are the same.

DBE stands for Don't Buy Empty Guarantee. This counter is going down to 0.02 after that if you are lucky it is worth 0.01. Next it cannot go anywhere and nowhere but we are definitely going downstairs .
