at 3sen, post consolidation price ~ 75sen. private placement as indicated was at 80sen.

probably could make few cents after share consolidation, just an opinion!

That is why share price must be pushed up at least for 5 sen, consolidated price RM1.25.. This is better for the company to raise more fund via private placement.
