2. As at Dec-16, short-term borrowing approx 28.8mil. Yet to know bank covenant that allow 16mil pay back go shareholders or?

The 75% of hitachi stake was sold at 2011.
Now, only remain 25% will decide on tomolo agm.
If the shareholder want to keep the hitachi.. why they decide to sold 75% stake on 2011.
25% stake = 20 million but 75% stake at 2011 is only 9 million..
