i saw some people saying "double top" on kawan. I can say that these people are less knowledge in TA... Kawan are now in sideway and uptrend . Time will prove my words

Kawan operation already at full capacity until now since mco, their export business grow dramatically and a lot of local suppliers fail to get sufficient stock from them to cater for local needs. Their sales should be much higher in the next quarter.

a sleeping giant. This CMCO will impact this counter greatly alongside cost optimization from their management team. I myself went to Jaya Grocer yesterday and Kawan's paratha was left <10 while other brands were still plenty. People have found Kawan to be a staple food.
update: my network is also saying that CS and other marts have very few Kawan food products left. I think many people are stocking up as an easy means for breakfast while WFH. This 2 weeks alone might lead to doubling of monthly sales if this trend persists + if other areas get CMCO.
1. new factory cost optimization and production volume has already reflected this year in March-June quarter.
2. March MCO was the best time when kawan can generate its maximum profit because of total lockdown which will reflect the norm of eating at home. Now people are allowed to eat in shops and therefore the sales in Malaysian region will not be as high as in March-June...asians prefer to eat out instead of eating at home and its cheaper to eat out too.
3. there are no new additional product being introduced lately, hence only best selling up to date is paratha & roti canai...(unlike nestle and others where they come up with different products and varieties)
4. EPS this quater is not great...there had been way higher EPS back in 2005-2017.
the average selling price of consumer food goods have no been increased therefore we would be seeing around the same profit margin only.
can others please enlighten me with facts how will kawan continue to grow further towards RM 3+ RM 4+ ? ....in order to do so, next qr PAT must be at least 10 mil , if the mentioned above is just the same how is it gonna grow further ?
