sunway just sell a piece of land to Equalbase Pte Ltd. for RM380 millon . currently ,market is very crazy , company can pay 380 million to buy land . Salcon is only 455 million , why berjaya group dont just spend around RM350 million to take over salcon , salcon is not just land , it is money printing machine because it can sell water and electricty,

last time ,vincent tan regret he sold too early for digi in financial crisis ,digi can worth 10 billion if he can hold the digi , now he would regret if he dont use salcon to do data center , salcon could make lot of money by selling water and electricity to data center in selangor which is built many soon.

haish ..... quite disappointing, 67% buy morning session.... then faded to 57% buy afternoon session, only reason up because klse up 17points, otherwsise hancur..... not sure if any newsd around the corner, otherwise will cabut too :-) salcon is just EPCC company..... not selling water but performing eater and sewerage related works thats all...

salcon no power after people find its profit not sustainable , because it is not selling water like ranhill, it is just engineering companies that do water pipe , once do finish job,no more income , later eat salt
