If u scrap all the ppe, assuming 25% of receivables r impaired, all inventories n project dev cost r sold at 50% discount, all investment n jv r sold at 50% discount, all lands n properties r kept at BV, taking all the cash n equivalent n pay up all the liabilities each share worths around MYR 1.88
