This "Lu Kah Cee" has been dumping total of 23 millions of shares since sept, 23 at average price of 0.60, so he pocketed RM13.8 millions plus cool cash !! ..... and dumping has yet to end !! Need that much for CNY celebration ?? 😥😥 something is not right !!

The disagreement between LKC vs LKH was very clear and all because of "GREED"

The personnel interest (GREED) was initiated by LKH by acquiring PLS and now reorganizing (some over value & some lapsap). Another thing to highlight is the reorganization doesn't seem to be fast moving & don't know how long it could drag on and whereby the share price could stay below the new share issue price.
(the previous owner of duke-mrcb share price also overtook its lol...)

No doubt everyone was eyeing on its highway asset but .......times is money. Your call
