Bplant buy call was 57 sen 2020/2021

we received 24 sen dividend since then

so cost of Bplant brought down to 33 sen

now LTAT offers Rm1.55 to take over Bplant

so 33 sen to Rm1.55 is up a whopping 369%

more than 120% profit for every year of last 3 years holding Bplant

now success is repeated

in what ?
in Tsh lah

started with Rm200k in year 2013

now portfolio grew to over Rm2 millions after 10 years or made more than 100% per year for last 10 years

amazing but true

beaten Warren Buffet of Berkshire at 25%

also beaten Peter Lynch of Magellan Fund at 29%

the secret is to buy deep value shares like Bplant and this Tsh will be another great success story one day

Taann outperformed in dividend

Tsh and Thplant are both inspiring work in progress and will follow Bplant and Jtiasa success as well

advertised land prices in Ikn Nusantara for sale is about Rm8.00 to Rm10.00 psf currently or about Rm350,000 or more an acre

Tsh cost per acre only Rm5,000 more or less

no wonder all the Tsh Directors fully loaded up on Tsh shares and willing to pay so high prices for them

Director Lim Fook Hin added 500,000 shares of Tsh at Rm1.10 on Jan 2022 to increase his holding of Tsh to 2.1 Million shares

Director Tan Aik Yong bought 16 million Tsh shares at average cost of Rm1.643 to make it over 5% holding and reported as substantial holders

Director and Chairman Kelvin Tan Aik Yong bought Tsh as high as Rm1.79 to make his total holding over 340 million Tsh shares

all these Directors/ Insiders full of confidence after buying and now Tsh price depressed are still holding every precious Tsh shares tightly and tenaciously

They know some Big Things are ahead of Tsh yet to come

= 49,700 acres extra

Now we only take the original cost of Tsh at Rm5000 per acre to value

When Sabah Govt told Tsh BOD (Board of Directors) to help manage Inno in year 2007 it has given 300,000 over acres of forest lands to Tsh as long term concession

On these lands Tsh painstakingly built and now got Rm400 millions worth of timber biological assets

Rm400 millions is 32.98 sen cash value
