Scenario 1: Stock price go up.
Whey Whey: Wah, stock price go up! (Then to make sure he sound smart, "Potential breakout, and above SMA100!")

Scenario 2: Stock price go down
Whey Whey: Wah stock price go down! (Potential consolidation, why good stock price go down? Operator selling his precious stock to push price down so he buy cheaper?)

Scenario 3: Stock price drop some more.
Whey Whey: Stock price go down again! (Dangerous, might be bad sentiment. Falling knife, must be careful. Break SMA100, very dangerous.)

I added some 30,000+ shares at around 1.45 yesterday morning. Could have bought more in the afternoon but was caught in a long business meeting. Anyway, I am happy with my position. TA wise I think Monday was considered a breakout. Last two days volume is also increasing. Good sign overall.

I like this stock because of low PE, high ROE, high dividend yield (20% to 40% of earning as indicated by management), decreasing NPL, high margin, steady growth in terms of topline and bottomline. Hard to find another stock like this. Too good to be true unless there is hidden risk that I don’t understand. One more thing, the company is also buying back own share on a daily basis.

They dont have access to CCRIS, and they do not disclose their criteria for customers publicly (understandable, as this is their edge, you dont want people compete in your same niche).

So their asset base may very well be rubbish.

I actually seriously considered joining the company as a strategy analyst, just so i can see that criteria, and properly take care of my investment and baby, make sure the company keeps making more and more money safely!

Also, if i were to work there, and can really see everything. If i still really like the company. I can forget about diversifying, instead of putting 30% of fund into it, can just throw like 70% in.

From what i derived in my analysis, i really wanted to collect the shares of the company for a few years. But i'm not sure this is going to be possible.

Haha good good gladiator, that gives me the opportunity to buy more at a lower price haha.

Going to call investor relations, ask them can stop buying back shares anot. Keep raising my cost.

You really is lucky dao, i started buying in October 2017. At 1.55, then bought more at 1.6X, then buy at 1.4X, 1.3X, 1.2X and 1.3X again.

Really is don't have luck when it comes to buying near the bottom. Oh well, got buy better than no buy, as long as the discount on price to intrinsic value is large enough.

No, will limit down soon. 17,000 govt employees getting fired. And MFRS 9 will be implemented next quarter, which means 7.2 million loss will hit next quarter.

Chart is clearly showing that as it is now consolidating as people start to process this information.


It should start dropping and falling knife soon.

Both FA and TA is bad.

Be careful, best if you dont buy at all. Go ask OTB what to buy, HUAAN HUAT HUAT HUI HUI!

actually im the employee for RCE, company provide share tht we can buy, it unlucky because i still cant manage to sell it. brought it last year untill now no profit. if i sell it now i get around 30K loss :(
just sharing the story. leak of knowledge lead me to loss. i should sell it before they announce the distribution

If you know someone selling the hermes bag taken from rosmah house at Rm500 each with full packaging, will you buy as much as you can for as long as you can, assuming you know for a fact it is real.

Or will you go shout to the world ask them to come buy also, because unless someone bid up the price of each bag to RM200k each, you wont know how much is the bag you bought is worth.

That's either the action of a fool or someone who does not know the value of what he buys.

I dont particularly mind if the price go down, even if its by alot, because i always want to buy more, i'm only limited by my fund size and my conservatism in making sure it does not exceed 30%.

So yes, if wanting to buy as much of RM1 for 50 sen for as long as possible means im an asshole. Im a top tier, first class axxhole. In fact, i doubt there's a bigger one that me in the bursa.

Unlevered, Banks ROA is low, PBBANK the highest in Msia is 1.85%. But they leverage up 10 times.

RCE's is about 6.5, levered 2.5 times or so. Can't rmbr, only checked the key bits.

Not a fan of ESOS. But as the company is majority owned by a private company, i dont think its the management trying to screw the shareholders, instead it is the company wanting to correctly incentivize the employees to be in line with the company. So its ok-ish.

My preference is always how berkshire did esos. Give the employee a zero interest loan to buy stocks of the company at market price. in their case, the employee take all the gain and loss.

I don't think need so extreme. Employee partake in 100% of the gain, and 50% of the loss. So just pay back in installments via direct salary deduction, with the last few installments being adjusted as per the market price (in the event the price goes down).

Really fast way to have your employees take an owner perspective.
