Awantec, Nylex suddenly almost delisted. What's the problem Eatech is supposed to be a good price if it's good news. But don't tell me Eatech won't be out from PN17.

But if they do EGM, sure there will be a new Director or any good new plan. I still believe in Eatech even if fails me once and almost twice.. I thought once it touches 0.240 - 0.245, the price should be stable and up.. Anyhow, if they played the shareholder, forever their top management will be curse forever

PN17 is a risky counter, being delisted is imminent. If we look into EATECH, they have been given 1 year to submit reg plan, then extend until 6 month after that. Which means, 18 months from the date they being PN17. Now its up to SC to approve their extension. What im worried about, they only have 5 business day to submit their new reg plan, but until today, no news on that. This can be reflect on the chart too.

Getting delisted is not that simple. Other companies did not submitted their reg plan for more than 3 years with multiple extension then theyre doom. this eatech business are recovering & currently on track with restructuring + debt settlement. They did submitted but for whatever reason terminated the agreement with the white knight. most probably bursa will consider all this and grant more time if they need so.

Latest precedent case: Scomies. entered PN17 on Jan 2020. almost 4 years ady. never submitted reg plan. see bursa comments below:

"Scomi Energy's application was rejected as the company had “not demonstrated to the satisfaction of Bursa Securities any material development towards the finalisation and submission of the regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities,”

Despite that, they still have chance to appeal:
If Scomi files an appeal against the delisting by July 21, the July 26 delisting will be deferred pending a decision on the appeal. “However, Bursa Securities will proceed to suspend the trading of the company’s securities on July 24 even though the decision on the company's appeal is still pending,” it added.

If you look at the other companies, they are almost hopeless. Eatech will definitely submit the new reg plan and they are already on its own be able to be uplifted from pn17. Get ready for the next wave 3- weekly chart already had macd golden crossed, moving towards 40/60/80 and then up to ath with primary wave 3

The fundamentals of the company are strong, given their three consecutive positive quarterly reports. As previously mentioned by their CEO, they have secured a long-term contract with their customer. I believe it will have a positive impact on the company's finances. Furthermore, the SOA approval is still intact, and the company has until July 2024 to make the payment to the scheme creditors.

I believe the company is on the right track to be uplifted from PN17.
