KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 7): Edaran Bhd’s share price hit an 18-month high of 71 sen in Tuesday morning trade, after its unit Edaran IT Services Sdn Bhd won a contract to maintain the Royal Malaysian Customs Department’s operating system and MySST (Malaysia Sales & Services Tax) application worth RM89.88 million — which is almost three times the company’s market capitalisation based on its Monday (Nov 6)’s closing price.

In a filing on Monday, Edaran said the contract, which was awarded by the Ministry of Finance, started on Sept 1 and will span a period of four years.

To get out of pn17 a plan has to be summited for approval. At 9 sen for the proposal?
1. You got an investor to put in 70 over million.
2. Am sure there is a term where this 9 sen stake cannot be sold at a certain period. Kalau bolih siapa tak nak. Assuming it is 30 sen then the amount will be 3x more for the investor to come out. A lower price is just to settle the issue of getting out of pn17. This will enable funds and retailers to invest.
4. Mesti ada sesuatu yg menarik.
5. The Johor factors?
Just mine 2 sen worth.

I was literally watching recently someone say that one key ingredient that very successful people and leaders have is "resilience". If it was easy to become rich or get anything done in life everyone would have no problems and everyone would be rich and reach their goals in life easily, but you're showing you have of one the key qualities of great leaders by showing resilience in the face of great obstacles.
