In compliance with Practice 5.2 of the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance (“MCCG”) that at least half of the Board comprises independent directors;
In compliance with Practice 1.4 of the MCCG that Chairman of the Board should not be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee or Remuneration Committee.
