you wont get 0.4. the price will become lower and lower over time. and delisted not equal to sell off. best situation is other pickup since it still a listed company can sell the shell.

CEB...with its average earnings growth...just take a discounted PE multiple of #10. Sustainable earnings growth...#5/10/15. Higher than 15 times, not sustainable for an average 5/10-Yr. Probably using PEs of...#7/8.5/10.(Forward EPS...#0.04x10= @0.40/share).
Plus analyse its average...Price Movements...It's now...Undervalued...<0.40...🤞🤓
