as far is homeriz is concerned guys it just came back to cover its trading gap.
that is 1.010, depends upon market if good might recover from here , otherwise wait till final support around 0.97 .
guyss u should be selling this stock when it broked 1.12 .why keeping till now . in oversold and downtrend stage now .
now if i were you, i will wait around 0.97 to average my investment or average above around 1.08 to sell around 1.25 .
it will surely, forming wave pattern , it hasent bottommed out till now .so wait its a good share to take a rebound cents from it.
i put this share on my watch also now.

okay let me tell you what i learned from stock market till now .
what u have to do is following things when u make up ur mind that u want to purchase any stock

1. is that the right stock to invest in .
2. what is the intrinsic value of that share
3. how much captailization of shares in the market/WHICH GROUP IS BEHIND IT.
4. and technical analysis.

let me give u an example IFCAMSC (1.56 CENTS CURRENT PRICE )

ANSWER NO.1 : yes right stock to invest in . (GST business/ big market share /profits lined up / future growth for 1 2 years are there / dividend coming expect 20 % ) etc etc etc.......

ANSWER NO.2 : INTRINSIC VALUE OF THIS SHARE IS 2.40 CENTS .( DONT ASK ME HOW I GOT THIS VALUE . U GOT TO LEARN FROM URSELF FROM INTERNET HOW TO CALCULATE INTRINSIC VALUE ).

ANSWER NO. 3: VERY LOW CAPITALIZATION COMPARED TO ITS COMPITATORS IN MARKET.MANY GROUP ARE BEHIND IFCAMSC. CREADOR/foreign banks/mutal funds etc etc..

ANSWER NO.4 : TECHNICAL ANALYSIS IS ONLY FOR TRADING NOT FOR INVESTING. SO IN THIS CASE NO NEED .

CONCLUSION:

IMPORTANT thing all in this is the intrinsic value . which u have to find out very well or very close to it.
intrinsic value is not 100 percent definate. its a combination of many things. these days secretly i am also learning (dont tell anyone ).

lets take example frontkn : i calculate roughly its value comes around 0.35 cents in ratio of currents market statistics according to their refered field of business
.
2. priva: roughly around 0.50 cents
3. censof : 0.35 cents (alarmed i guess , thats what is !!!)
4. puc : 0.45 cents ( very undervalued share)
5. dnex : 0.60 cents( also undervalued share)
6. genetec: 0.35 cents (undervalued )

rest of them i am still working on . u need atleast 1 week to come to find out 1 actual intrinsic value. and need lot of time and calculations to perform. what i just wrote to u took me 1 month to do .

so depends what u want to do with ur funds .
i will invest my 90 percents equity in those undervalued shares in market and wait for blossom.
remaining 10 percents i will play around than the concept of technical analysis comes in from which u can make quick money by just looking on trends and indicators behaviour.

too tired to write now very long . i continue another day .
got to go now , today got to summit my project .

CENSOF FIRST

private placement of 10 millions shares price was fixed at 0.40/share

DNEX
(KUALA LUMPUR Bernama) Di-resistant (DNEX, 4456, the board of technology stocks), announced the acquisition of oil and gas companies OGPC Group price from 200 million three million ringgit, down to 100 million 70 million ringgit.
Adjust the amount of shares issued
According to statement, the company will pay 83 million ringgit in cash, while the remaining amount of 87 million ringgit, the 6250 through the issuance of 300,000,000 new shares and 81,250,000 warrants to send 100 million payment.
The company said the offer price of 24 cents per share, each holding two new shares, will receive a voucher.
In addition, Di resistance also adjust the number of shares issued special events.
After adjustment, the company will issue 100 million shares of 3000, sending 65 million warrants, the sale price of 22 cents per share will receive a voucher holders 2.
Last June, the company recommends, by way of cash and issued shares to 200 million acquisition of three million ringgit 100% OGPC companies, and 52% stake in OGPC oil and gas companies.


CONCLUSION:

U SEE NOW WHY BOTH ARE NOT MOVING UP .so many shares are to be dumped into market by both these companies that investor already in state of panic , what is going on .
investor is waiting to see their next QR(QUARTER REPORT) COMING.after that player or shark will move this share . other it will remain around these levels.up and downn , down and up .

answer to ur question:

yes definately as far as dnex is concerened censof have dnex as subsidiary and government related contracts will be flowing in soon .
income will be sustainable and in increasing mode quarter by quarter.
afain i will say to many shares are been dumped and dont have a guarantee they wont do that in next quarter . so confusion all way in dnex.

my own analysis :

whatever the above mentioned reasons .

dnex will outperform market in coming months . but stretch of it will be 60 cents at par......
censof might stretch off as a speculated item till 0.55 to 0.60 , keeping in mind that actual value is not more than 0.38 cents to 0.40 cents ......

Honestly, I felt appreciated because you are replying to each of my questions even though it may sound noobish.....regarding censof, I had these thinking that usually the share price should be trading higher than the private placement value, and over a longer period, they will sooner or later will reflect..not sure I am correct or it should trade lower...and apology for my lack knowledge in intrinsic value calculation..i haven't come to that level yet...

correct .
But not always. many factors comes in . to which investors group these shares are given and many technicals things and contracts involved inside. because there is a clause in private placements is that a time limit is imposed on the investor that not to sell those shares in market for 1 or 2 years . i dont know what censof did have contract in these shares with investors.
its a complicated game .
ETITECH ALSO ISSUED PRIVATE PLACEMENT SHARES AT 0.10 , ALSO TRADING BELOW.
SO what i see is : market dynamics , foreign funds in out , many things plays mutiple role .
so very diffcult to say why it is trading below the value. cant pin point the problem . thats it...........

got to study in detail the coming quarter report for both dnex and censof.
very important information will be there for the future direction of both these shares.
i wanted to buy dnex for my portfolio , but did not bought . want to study more on their investment in oil and gas sector. and how they will arrange 100 million ringgits to be a shareholder in that company .
so 50 50 for me . if dnex cross 0.325 i jump in . otherwise i remain sideline till dust settles.
and wait for their quarter report as well as for censof.
