Vizione Holdings Bhd is engaged in the business of property development, construction and property investment business. The Construction segment is engaged in sub-contracting of the electrical, building and civil works for the construction projects.

Based on the fundamental analysis, there is a drastic improvement in VIZIONE’s financial position due to the recent strong quarter results. It is clearly shown by most of the financial ratios especially when VIZIONE recorded more than 12 times jump in net profit for 4Q18. Furthermore, VIZIONE is considered as an undervalued stock, as its PE ratio is 8.44 which is less than 15 at the moment.

Fundamental Rating

In order to be classified as a company with good fundamentals, a stock has to score MQ Fundamental Rating above 2.5/5.0. VIZIONE has low MQ Fundamental Rating because it did not achieve earning growth in at least 4 of the last 5 years. Hence, it is not suitable for long term investment for the time being.

Technical Analysis

Multiple breakouts are observed indicating that its share price is going up by breaking the resistance continuously. There are sell signals detected by EMA 5 Crossover for both hourly and daily technical charts on 2 May 2019 and 13 May 2019 respectively. The number of red candle stick is observed to increase in hourly technical chart showing the presence of greater selling pressure at the moment. This happens due to the retracement that commonly occurs after the breakout of share price. The another possible reason might be caused by the poor market sentiment in the stock market arisen from the threats made by President Donald Trump to slap more tariff on Chinese good.
