Hi calvin bro, good here. Travelling to pahang now. Great input here on mulpha. My argument is a property slowdown will dampen its future earnings. Yes they have lots of land, but if no buyer, unlikely they can develop the area. As of now we see no sign of them developing whole area. Since supply more than demand there, price is destiny to fall in future. It is not like matrix, developing whole areas township with lots of demand from selangor and kl ppl.

Hi Sam, agree with you. Sadly in Malaysia most distressed stock prices due to lousy management. We have to see some tipping points before moves can be taken. To me luckily jobst this year plan selling away to seek. It will be in pn17 soon if it really sell. But what ppl dun understand is it has nothing wrong. I expect ppl to sell even to 0.01 or 0.02 in the worry of pn17. And guess what, its building alone worth 0.02!

More crazy now if deals talk successfully increase selling price, management might pay higher div than 2.40 projected earlier.

Jobst has a team of great management, they grow to become regional dominating company in online job advertisement.tht is why I am willing to put money into them rather than Bill chng now.

Hi Sam, I understand your view, and I have high aspirations to succeed in investing as I hate losing and even more I hate working. I have same aspirations as you to succeed in investing and not to work with others anymore, to get my own freedom.

To me, I have studied VT history, one of my uncle knows him personally. Way back 30 yrs VT is just nobody. But his tropicana is a great success.For Mr, ft is just a lucky bitch. Why those stupid bankers still want to lend him money even with so high gearing? Partly he has the golden goose bjtoto, partly he is politically linked. If I bankers tht time, will just takeover his company and liquidate those lands, why allows him a chance to do all the stupid restructuring? Yeah?, politics again.

Nope, I disagree. Johor can't boom like KL and Penang for some reasons:
1.Penang people rich, highly educated with many back from overseas to contribute in many areas, such as tech, property and also finance.So Penang boom. But even boom faster and higher after DAP get control! It is the most well managed town now in Malaysia, with lots of great food.

2. KL-Capital city of Malaysia, most Financial hubs, financial activities, all tycoons, businesses, MNC all in here. So will the Money! So boom by nature.

3.Johor- Although near Singapore, most ppl earning SG dollars, but seems like not so well managed? Too long under regime of lousy government? Now with Iskandar see some hope to lure Singaporean over to invest. But funny thing is same time come out with lots of policies not welcoming people?? Contradiction here. As we see recently hike in import car fees? The Sultan even want to set some laws in property if not wrong?? I have doubts. And Johor is the most unsafe city in Malaysia! Lots of Gangsters, Drug dealers etc, you named it, like an oldtime Chicago, Mafia city??

So what makes you think it will goes up well? It simply go up I think in tandem to catch up a bit since Penang and KL also gone up in prices.

And it is heading to crash very soon, just like our beloved Putrajaya.....Ghost city at night!

My worry is-This old egoistic man will not loss his control in MPCORP. Also same time property market going crash near term. My expectation is KLCI going to have correction as soon as Sept this year from what I have read so far from so many analysts views and reports.

Buying MPCorp now might not be a good idea. Although longterm if can change the management is the best solution to gain from this counter.

Yes, MPCorp can go even higher after their corporate actions finish, my worry is can this be sustainable? Without any major reform in their management? Can CEO and whole team of management be changed after this?

I agree Calvin, shares need something we called Catalyst in investment arena.....

But to me I see higher risk in Properties Market in Malaysia now. Most worrying is the unsustainable high property price, and it might caused crash very soon once BNM announce another round of interest hike. Some expect as soon as coming Sept, most expect in Nov. My view is very likely next yr 1stQuarter before GST. And with higher interest, all these high gearing companies will die faster as they have to pay higher interest.

I understand you are in the property market , and afraid you might not see the big picture. Will Johor property market died off? Maybe not if Singapore investors are supportive. But definitely I expect prices to go down in future when Supply>Demand.

Most of the undervalued companies as mentioned, are involved mainly with property, MPCORP is, MULPHA is. Yes, they have valuable lands going to boom soon, and price will go up as expected. But can this go for long? I think not sustainable as property not like other business. They have to launch every year new property project to earn money to sell buildings. If property market died off, the higher price might not sustained. It is not like industrial stocks, once you expand capacity due to higher market share % gain, most likely to sustain the position, meaning profit is sustainable, so is share price. We see how HoHup died off 10 years ago, due to bad management also same time crash in 97 crisis.

So for LionFIB I see its market slowly recovering due to government policy change. They are beginning to stop China steel dumping, so I buy Masteel. Mainly due to the MRT project and the Singapore-Malaysia Train projects. At the same time I see future in LionFIB-it sells steel also. But if for assets play, I will go big on LionFIB rather than Masteel. Though I like Masteel management better. (They has never loss making even in such highly competitive time where most steel makers loss money!)

Ok, Calvin, I will calm down, just my own personal view. But sometimes I do take speculative position in these Big Shark mouth. To earn on the waves. BjFood I did once, when it was listed. Few weeks later also doubled. Then sell away all to earn little pocket money. But for KLCI in 1800+ I think better to stay away from all these sharks counters.

I do have high respect on you Calvin for introducing us with so many great undervalued stocks and with so details analysis and writing. My salute to you. But for me, my personal view is to avoid all properties counters for now as I think too high risk building in this sector. I rather have my money into Tech stocks, Constructions, and also industrial stocks for export oriented stocks.

Calvin, agree VT 100x mother fuker than Bill, so what, he is billionaire today and can talk cock on how he success. In fact we knows deep in our mind, he is just another fuker with linkage to those in the regime. And even more funny recently another mother fuxker come out say he got no linkage with ppl inside to get those project, and put himself in trouble to withdraw from a seriously profitable biz. Haha, all these ppl think shareholders are suckers and have no way but to help them in making money at the same time they get the biggest sharing in the pie.

For me, I rather put my money with Lion King, though he is a witty guy, but he seems more honest than many others, at least he takes good care of his own employees.

By the way, even how low undervalues is BJCorp,how high I know BJFood can shoot up limit up in future, I still avoid any of his related major shareholdings companies, just like the fuxxxker Albuxxry DRB(which deeply undervalued), and also the Anaxxx Krishxxx related too! I have bought BJTOTO myself many years ago for Dividend sake, but avoid after 2008 then. I rather go for Magnum now. BJTOTO has never recover back RM5 since......you see the big picture? Small fish like us cant ever get the biggest benefit out of them, and there's nothing much you can do about them in here-Malaysia!

Comeone Calvin, look at its book! LionFIB is way above the Mulpha-waiting for development coming, Mudajaya India's power-plant, MPCorp, no way it is heading even after right issues. People just hate Bill Chng and his ego which cause him no good ,but just a lousy building of MPL. Buy latest Focus to see, ppl want him die and sell away assets, but he just won't let go. Tey por yee, the protasco new boss see land in johor of MPCorp. If balance cant be find between the ego Bill and upcoming Tey, MPCorp with just RM700K left in capital can do nothing much also. He had bad reputation in banking system. Why dont he just sell away the asset,since he is a lousy manager, with a lousy son as CEO, OMG.
And MUIIND even worse, have to wait till the oldman get a divorce settled first only can see some movement.....

Buy LionFIB I would say instead. The Old witty LionKing-William is coming back strong. See how he restructure Parkson! I like his way of doing thing!
