富美资源（FRB，9008，主板科技组）通过多项投资和股权认购协议后，已购入丹麦移动金融服务公司Bancore，共18.62%的股权。
根据文告，富美资源通过一项投资合约，以200万欧元（864万9600令吉）认购Bancore的50万1253股新股。
同时，该公司再以100万欧元（432万4800令吉）认购Bancore的25万627股新不可赎回可转换优先股，另再认购62万7005张凭单，总值250万欧元（1081万2000令吉），促使认购股权达10.81%。
在此之前，富美资源也以48万334美元（154万1872.14令吉）向Bancore一名股东收购8.76%股权，同时给予股东Jorgen Larsen以24万167美元（77万936令吉）从中认购18万1275股的选择权。
因此，在完成所有股权认购活动后，富美资源在Bancore的持股权将会提高至18.62%。
富美资源表示，透过投资Bancore将允许公司接触移动科技这迅速发展的领域，接触新颖的汇款服务商机，进一步扩大公司营收来源。
