CAREPLS慢慢崛起的巨人

最近有一只手套股异军突起， 所以在这里跟大家谈谈这支股。

在我国一提起手套股，大多数人都会把眼光投向几家大型手套公司， 如 TOPGLOV 、 HARTA 、 KOSSAN 和 SUPERMX ，我们统称它们为手套股的「 四大天王」。

这是因为这几家公司，几乎支配了大马甚至全球大部分的手套市场。

投资者对手套业的误解都是来自规模， 但却忽略了除了这几家大型公司外，市场上仍然拥有另外 20 至 30 间较小规模的公司参与竞争，而 CAREPLS 正是其中一家。

CAREPLS （加护手套， 0163 ，创业板消费产品股）是一家小型的手套生产商， 成立于 1991 年 2 月 18 日， 并于 2010 年 12 月 6 日上市大马交易所创业板。 其创办人为林魁贤，他也是大马橡胶手套制造商公会的主席。

由于 CAREPLS 是一家小型手套生产商， 需要寻找自己的优势， 因此更专注于小型业者的需求。 与此同时也必须跟随大型业者的步伐， 投资于自动化以提高生产力。

今年 6 月 26 日， CAREPLS 与一家巴西 Descarpack Descartaveis do Brasil Ltda （Descarpack） 签署了一项有条件联营协议。

这项协议，或许将会是CAREPLS的转类点。

这项联营协议旨在让 Descarpack 参股 CAREPLS 在巴西的独资子公司 Careglove Global （ Careglove ）。Careglove 目前在巴西制造及行销橡胶手套， 主要是把手套销售至巴西， 也是该公司最近业绩大幅度增长的主要贡献者。

这项联营只要获得各方书面同意， Careglove 也可以在全球任何一地生产产品。 而且根据协议， Careglove 计划拓展及经营位于森美兰的新厂房。

CAREPLS 目前拥有 2 间工厂共5条生产线正在运作， 而第三间新工厂也刚完成。 新工厂共有12 条生产线， 其中2 条属于丁腈手套， 预料可在今年投入生产。

一旦新厂投入生产， 该公司的总生产线增加到17条。

如此一来，估计明年的营业额和盈利将会倍增。

在未来的日子里，我们或许可以见证另一个手套股巨人的崛起。
