I think that it has been discounted on the penalty when it dropped by more 45 percent from 80++cents. Well nobody can predict however if the JV penalty comes in, it will be only a temporary effect I believe as the company is running on profit on the pipe jobs. Thus, not much of worries I believe as long as we can hold.

Langat 2 is just less than RM60 million deal and quite disappointing after such long wait. I am still holding on for it to touch at least RM0.80

It's the power station JV in Vietnam. Whether JAKS could get a new investor nobody knows till date. Most important they get it or there is a hefty penalty clause.

Hello bravehearts, nice to see more positive and strategic remarks after the Efogen deal. HOLD for TP of .50 before slowly and gradual profit taking. We are looking at TP of .65 in mid term. That's our view and trade at own risk.

Nope deposit was not forfeited due to mutual agreement thus, not effecting the P&L. HOLD as this stock will shine and for contra and negative players such as... ... whom commented limit down, Happy Selling. We have accumulated a fair share for the last 2 days. For brave hearts, cheers and will definitely advise when we commence profit taking however, having said that..... cheers!

No Simon, what I am saying is that next week's selling pressure will be well absorbed as it is common for contra players to throw after in their view, Efogen is no more a deal rather than a blessing in disguise. We are in the opinion to HOLD and any movement below .29 will be an opportunity for us to pick-up again like in previous. Have faith in what you buy as this counter has still got investors radar on and do not be surprised for a sudden upswing :-) Cheers!

We are in the opinion that PDZ's price now has already taken into consideration the Efogen deal which is no good from the start with Director's guarantee conditions. MARA is not new in the market and with the dynamic move into PDZ, it will be an O&G asset based company with their management leadership regardless due to reputation stake and their vision. Yes, they have made handsome profit so far however, still holding to 50% to steer this company upwards. We must look at the big picture rather then to zero into Efogen. The recent profitable quarter was not due to Efogen however, improvements done internally. The coming selling pressure on Monday will be absorbed and do wait a little while longer for the news on the real development. It is a joke if you are looking at it going to the .25cents level as there is too much at stake and 'someone' will not allow that to happen :-) Trade at own risk and please do your research.

Based on current scenerio, trust that you should look into this counter after 2 weeks or so based on the development of the new MB. We are on HOLD as we are already in it.

Nope I do not think so as it is a one off deal David. The only thing that can move this stock is the Langat2 project which is now under reviewed again by the new MB.

Don't worry guys as it will not go below .28 support level, we are the ones whom will support. Thus, do not get so worried and don't be surprise if you see PDF gradually moving upwards after this Effogen deal. I have already said that even without this deal,it does not matter as it is not a good deal. Directors personal guarantee always reflect that the company's high evaluation during any sales and purchase. Morever, PDZ has got some other plans moving forward.

Bravehearts, time to buy in whatever you have and do not lock in profits yet. Sell if you need to as it is always good to lock in some profit and do a buy back. Cheers!!!

We have been HOLD since we started to purchase and after all the top-ups. I am not in this forum to convince but just to share. HOLD until target achieved and not to be unduly worried and negatively minded with this counter. Company's operations improving, new direction, change of company's management expertise even at Directors level, MARA still holding more than 12% with good profit made etc etc. So all this exercise done for the shares to drop back to 0.16-0.18 as advised by some in this forum....what a joke and be realistic :-) We are not living in a world of manipulation and please do some research prior commenting. so BRAVE HEARTS hold if you can but sell if you need to. But let me make you aware that you will learn to regret in near future.

We are looking at a TP of 1.48 by year end 2014 :-)

Hi Ravi, I like brave heart like you as we are similar :-) We are focus and expect high returns. We first went into this counter at. 17 and have been topping up since. Regardless all the negative comments by many. Stay focus for minimum. 50 before reducing position but not all, of course :-)

All these personal negative views is utmost interesting and basically, one have rights to their own views. However, to be fair it is best to comment negatively with facts if there is. Sumatec is sure here to stay and nobody can deny that. For investors definitely no worries at all whether you like it or not. Maybe, those negative comments are meant for contra players however, having said that some comments sounds unbelievable negative. So if that is the case and one puts Sumatec to such level at this point of time, than it better to go for blue chips and do not waste your time even coming to view this page. Because it just will not scare anyone for heavens sake...please have some pride for yourselves. My apologies as normally I do not comment as such and happt trading. We started trading in Sumatec a day after the free fall and I believe we are experience enough to know where to invest. So if you have miss the boat this round, go for it on Tuesday and if not keen, do mellow down the negative comments as it will make you sound like a new kid on the block. Cheers! :-)

Fully agreed with Semangat's analysis as there is absolutely no one that can predict as this point of stage and frankly, I will suggest not too hear the story telling from London (konon). Have faith and stay focus :-) I am still new with this stock however, have full confidence with the Management.
