These are put warrants counters right? Why HB keeps plunging down while HC maintaning current price?

Looks like oil counters are receiving red score. Aren't oil valuable counters to hold? OR Not? It has been my impression that oil and gas counters are hot items all this while since somebody wrote in a blog, first is gold, second is oil and gas - who has a lot of these two nuts is the one owning the world.
