Actually lm quite look good on this married deal. With non disclosure, then the fund manager can collect other shares in open market slowly. If mr ngu sold his shares to other parties publicly, then investors sure know there is good news in this counter, it will direct the fund manager control this counter when he planning to raise the price.

from the situation now is a really good buy for investors. What I worry in this company is only window dressing. Hopefully not.
