之前，迪耐只持有ping 30%, 所以所有的盈利要等ping 给分红，才可以纳入账面。 现在再收购了ping 60％ ｛total 90%}, 所以ping也成了子公司，下个季报的销售与盈利，将会直接进迪耐的季报里。
现在我们来算算 ping 的盈利：1。 老板说 cap 从 一天 3000 barrel 起到 4500 barrel.
2. Cost 在 usd15～20 左右。
3。 一季60工作 天。
4。 就以 一桶 usd 65 来 估计。
这样算一下， 90％ 的ping Petroleum 一季可以 贡献 ＞ RM40M 的盈利。。一年就有 160m...

鸿海集团宣布以1.08亿入手Dnex5.03%的股权，成为公司主要股东之一，这则消息让Dnex再次回到市场的瞩目。透过这次的入资，鸿海符合3+3领域的投资策略，扩展东南亚的业务发展，其中之一就是晶圆生产。大家都知道Dnex在去年的时候与合作伙伴北京盛世共同竞标Silterra收购，并在今年2月初成功获标，而Dnex将会以60%的股权入资，40%则是北京盛世的。而鸿海集团，便是当时落选的其中一个竞标者

那这次的入资代表着什么？用意很简单，那就是看中了Silterra的潜力。讲明白一点，就是用另一种方式间接获得Silterra的业务发展权。Silterra之能够这么吃香，首先这家“前国营”晶圆代产商是大马仅有的一家，截至2019年的数据，Silterra一年能够生产46000片的8英寸晶圆，同时也是全世界排行第16的代产商，主要客户群有Google/Amazon/LG等。说到晶圆，台积电就是最佳的代表之一，也是目前科技水平最高的其中一家晶圆生产商，可以量产12英寸的晶圆以外，日前也正着手开发更大英寸的晶圆。就在大家都争着开发更先进晶圆的时候，为何8英寸的晶圆体能够那么吃香？

这就有关半导体芯片供需的关系。在疫情爆发初期，全球生产链大幅度受到影响而被迫延迟交付手上的订单，有些甚至减产以支撑公司营运，这就是供不应求的开端。其二是贸易战的影响，由于5G需要更多晶圆，中国知名企业首先采取了大量采购的模式，导致市场供应不平衡，现有的代产商也无法在短时间内扩充生产线(日前就有台积电的例子)，因此供需问题日益严重。其三是复苏，先进国家的疫苗播种进度超出预期，随着更多的经济领域开放，所需的原料也会随之增加，芯片就是其中一块，再加上电子产品的需求因为疫情的作息改变而大幅度走高，导致供应出现“偏轨”，知名汽车制造商与智能电子商都出现相同问题而被迫暂缓生产。最后是效益，开发新一代的晶圆需要极高的技术水平，为了避免被淘汰，越来越多厂商投入开发12寸以上的晶圆，导致8寸晶圆的生产线大幅度减少。截至2018年，全球只剩下不到100家的8英寸代产商

随着5G的到来，更多设备需要8英寸晶圆，汽车就是第一个被冲击的产品。因此，日前已传出市场上一片8英寸的晶圆售价已走高到 $1000。所以，Silterra自然成为了其中的一块宝藏。回到Dnex，这次的收购刚好处在全球最需要晶圆的时候，这股趋势必然是公司日后的利器。有北京盛世、鸿海集团的帮助下，未来的客户群将会逐步扩大。Dnex在8/6也宣布将以现金的方式支付60%的股份，我在直播的时候已经有提到，这些资金都是来自近期的私下配售(30%)、Warrant转换以及股东的入资，基本上公司已经解决了收购所需的资金，接下来就看Dnex管理层能否解决Silterra的债务，以及能否在大环境的帮助下转亏为盈，这都需要一定的时间去观察
