About 1 year ago China had started a credit squeeze on their banks by increasing their cash reserves and interest rate.As a result,Dowjones dropped from 20,000 points to 15000+ and so is shanghai and Hong kong and other asean markets.As for Bursa it dropped from 2000 to around 1560.So all markets seem to follow China markets and not usa market because usa has still not raise its interest rate since then.
Now China is reducing their interest rate to ease the credit squeeze which means it is spurring its growth n not wanting a recession now.Hope I am right about the whole economic situation.
