i think the only different maybe is KNM keep ESOS and private placement? KNM already have several QTR get profit but still need a private place? in my point of view, only small coy and those company did not make money only run these step. not sure why still want to diluted share value ??
and until now still no idea who is person to own the private placement share. its NOT OPEN at all. look at AA, after private placement still will announcement the owner name.
if you are real investor, will you feel confident if a company without transparency?

2019 = 646.7 Mills (impressing) - share price up to 0.4X higher before 3 times PP (Total 16 projects)
2020 = 256.94mills( not bad, as in covid) - share higher price 0.26 ? a lot ESOS? (Total 4 projects)
2021 = 30.22 Mils (hope can get more) - share higher 0.21 after PP and ESOS ?(1 project up to Mar)
hope knm can win more projects like 6XXmils projects..so the share price back to 0.3X after PP.

Use the simple calculation 3 times PP, mean share diluted 30%? 0.46-0.138(30%) = 0.322 <-- in order to reach this share price, atleast need 646.7 mils values project on hand?

PP price at : 0.17 , 0.167 0.175 ( who is the buyer, until today havent annocemented the name, hope is a power investors) any one got this information?

ESOS and private placement units fall into or consolidate into few big shareholders, which is good for people who bought at a low prices.
Next step they need to merge share, else 2.Xbillions is too much to push up.
after merged share price can easily "fly"
based on the current project pipeline, dun believe the share price can up to 0.5 in few years in proper ER reports.

anyway, Good company normally will not do that(ESOS n private placement in low price for own good), unless company was taken by other ppl or there is someone want to buy COY.
