有听过，有公司老板年年在股大都是展望明年有多好有多妙，结果一年又一年，业绩都是满江红，股价没有最低只有更低，后来老板索性连股大也缺席了，今年进院，明年手术，后年脚中风，搞到股民们怨声载道.......

对小小股东们来说，公司风光时，最多就是分享到那几十块的股息，有些孤寒公司一分也拿不到。公司堕落时，股息就别想了，分分钟还被伸手要钱，买附加股又死，不买又死。再糟点，削资5变1，10变1，小股东们眼巴巴什么也做不了.........

公司是刘老板的，要搞什么，好坏也嘚跟，sama sama mati 政策嘛...........

@Terence.还有半个月，六绝月就过了。国际那边八月可能有动静，留意儿子在一毛的价位。

人人都说，股票好，行情就好，九十年代初，那里有窮人的。现在？股票一，两毛的，比森林的野草还多，那些去股票行的人，一就走路，二就坐摩多，三就驾辆旧车，差太远了！

@Terence.哈哈哈！这里是重点闲聊大炮台，各路高手们都集中在这里，不谈目标价，不讲技术分析，只谈陈年往事，市场状况和骂公司。别去国际了，那里闷死人！哈哈哈！:-)

现在的人，有钱的没钱的，都不热衷大屋子了，难打扫！所以小屋超好卖。 :-)

我住房子这区是Taiko 起的，里头那些70至120万的半独立和独立洋房，卖了三，四年也卖不完。现在发展商又搞公园，起脚车道，种花修树，天天搞促销，介绍人还有红包拿，反应也是超慢的。

以前在实达时，刘某就帮实达买了很多地点好又不贵的好地。离开实达后，就帮绿盛世就往郊外买地，买的都是那些鸟不生蛋的地库。问题来了，在郊外起洋楼，有多少个富豪那么享受那种清静啊？人家马星卖的盘，在市中心又是可负担产业，你是中阶层人士，你要买誰的？
现在的人，有几个钱的，都自己买地，起它四，五间，一间自己住，一间儿子媳妇住，剩下的再挂牌卖，因为大家都知道发展商好赚！还有那个中小的发展商，东起几间，西搞几间，卖完又起，加上价钱好商量，还蛮吃香的。
外面行情真的不乐观啊！

@Terence. 土展Felda其实跟宝腾，马航，朝圣基金一样，都是种族色彩很重的机构，就是所谓的种族管理，是当年政府扶持土著种下的祸根，到今天政府都还在救着。一般上这类型的机构都跟贪污腐败有高度的关系，看财报和不良资产就懂了。
FGV 是土展的投资臂膀，难免也传承这种文化。所以连年亏损，从4.50发售价跌到六毛多，现在1.10+。虽然说换了管理层，也搞什么下游业务，好像快熟面，纸业，种榴莲，动物食品，港口，但对于老本行也搞到一塌糊涂的公司，期望真是没有。所谓的三岁定八十，我觉得他们还是会旧病复发的，毕竟那种族人是不懂做生意的！把身家交给这族人，跟拿肉包丢狗没分别。
你在Fgv那里，玩玩开心就好，真的别倾注喔！新鲜刺激是一回事，口袋的钱又是一回事。哈哈哈！
