上周初，随着建材价格跌至市场"心理价位"，一直处于观望状态的商家终于陆续进场拿货，冬储需求增加明显，让螺纹钢出现一枝独秀的局面，个别市场的螺纹钢价格在短短两三天内累涨近200元，目前来看，1月后半月进行冬储是较为理想的时间段。不过，从沙钢对1月下旬的出厂价格政策可以看出，主导钢厂对后市看好，且挺价态度较为明显，以倒挂价格的方式挺市。
据悉，最近一周钢材社会库存继续增加，但钢厂库存明显消化。预计钢厂或将以坚挺出价为主，市场价格或同步跟涨。

中国钢铁价格每公吨不会跌破2500令吉，大马投行认为国内钢铁市占率达20%的安裕资源（ANNJOO，6556，主板工业产品组），采取步骤实现成本效益和更佳赚益，建议继续“买进”和维持财测。

分析员说，安裕资源股价最近因中国钢铁价跌而挫跌，2018年1月中国钢铁价，从12月高基础的每公吨4900人民币（或3000令吉），按月跌20%。

去年12月间，中国政府实施冬季减产政策（12月至今年3月），以控制冬季的空气污染情况；目前中国钢铁价游走于每公吨4000人民币（2500令吉）。

大马投行认为钢铁价不会跌破2500令吉，主要是中国的钢铁需求强烈，钢铁业改革可能促使中国钢铁减产。

该行维持2017财政年至2019财政年混合钢价平均售价每公吨2000令吉、2140令吉和2250令吉，预期三年产量可在国内基建计划驱动下，促成销量增长3%至5%。

大马投行推荐安裕资源，主要是它在国内市占达20%，同时国际钢铁价基于中国淘汰老旧钢厂而可持续，再者政府也对进口的钢铁产品实施进口税赋至2020年4月保障国内钢铁价，国内基建计划对钢铁需求甚殷，安裕也采取步骤进一步改善效益增强赚幅。

该行维持“买进”评级，目标价4令吉34仙。
