Actually, I'm also quite worry about the delist issue .. although quite low chance for Bursa to delist a company that actually earning money , but it really give bad impression to the public.

Personally already email their management about this issue, hope can get their reply. : )

Actually really don't know why all suddenly lost confident to this company.. You all din't study the company before buy its share ? I'm went to the terminal twice.. this year and last year.

Terminal Amanjaya is like "PUDU RAYA" at IPOH, not like Mid Valley , Sunway those big shopping complex. Do you ever see pudu raya got empty stall inside ? It same as Terminal Amanjaya, when you are the only one ( Bus Terminal ) in town.. You no need ask for tenant or advertisement for media space , business normally come to you. ( Now KL is different because Najib build TBS )

I'm not sure MYDIN is it one of their tenant , but it actually bring lot traffic to the terminal.
As long goverment dint built another terminal at IPOH, I don't think their business will affect.

Now most shop and stall already occupied , I think their revenue growth only can get 10-15% growth.. Looking forward to another Terminal next year which able bring their eps to another level.

Just hold lo.. next time you may miss the number of 2 .. coz you already at 3 or 4 ..

as I remember their income seperate to 3 segment : Bus Operation 15% ; Petrol Station 45% ; Terminal Operation 45%

So we just focus on their main 2 segmnet : Petrol station & Terminal Operation
Petrol Station
- Basic need for vehicle, income should be stable if location strategic.
- Business advantage : Terminal owner own petrol station , should be petrol station locate in bus waiting area.. No matter business bus owner good anot .. they still need pump petrol.

Terminal Operation
- Shop and kioks renter : Previous record shown 90% rent out. As long got tenant - income stable.
- Kindly check terminal traffic - Went twice last few month.. Just like pudu station last time. .. not public holiday so just normal traffic
- Media space : previous record shown almost 90% occupied also. Not suprise for main terminal able hit high occupied rate. Media space contract normally 6 month to 1 year.
- Extra income : So surprice sometimes got some local event held in their terminal

Bus Operation just small percentage of their business income. I don't think investor here invest to their bus operation.. : (

PTRANS main income from their terminal operation.. not bus ticket..

Coke price now actually still slightly higher than coke price during q2. Able generate eps 1.9.. but of course need look at their raw material also..

Coke price just back to average.. look at april , may and july.. coke price is much more lower but HUANN able get good profit. No worry.

No recommendation in share .. buy for own risk. It may really fall to 0.23 just now .. but if the value is there .. I think just a good chance to buy in low..

Ya.. don't chase high.. only pump in when it discount... Cut lost if got problem on the company ,not share price

With this price, drop just a chance drag down my avg price..Up will hold.. new result super good, it should above 40sen now.

50sen only 2 qr.. if result run normal. Rm 1 not much issue

What the reason cause share price drop ?
1. Price correction to Take profit ? Then a bit over sell now.. can get in

2. Coke price low ? Don't think will cause next qr get result worse than eps -17 ( revenue 0 ) ,can get in

3. Panic sell ? Then is good chance to get in.

If u think it worth 0.23 then wait until 0.23 only buy. Personally think it worth 0.4 and above with current result.. then next qr result yoy will worse ?
Last year eps -18.. don't think next qr will worse... Do company will suddenly bankruptcy ? Don't think so .. then mean good to collect now.

Drop then slowly collect lo. The most important thing is to ask yourself this share worth what price

Terminal itself is attract point for the mall, no need worry the mall will become dead city. As long no other terminal held in kampar and Ipoh, ( like tbs set up affect puduraya ) ptrans business always grow.. it is my defensive share.

No currency risk
No competitor risk
No season risk
No raw material risk

Online can search kampar terminal seem to be a new area which developer got build new mall new condo around that area.. strategic location with some college around.. but better ask kampar people about that... Haha

Old bus terminal at ipoh close down already.. Almost all bus at Ipoh must go to their terminal.. If you are KL people , may be you can imagine they just like puduraya few years ago. Main income of the group from the terminal itself .. Shop & kioks rental , Advertising media space ( such as billboard , unipole and etc ) , event space rental and so on, As previous record , currently almost 92% occupied, .

2nd income are their petrol station, not remember 2 or 3 petrol station , I don't know where is it but I think one or two should be inside bus waiting area , petrol station just to serve bus themselves.

3rd income from bus operation.

This is all I know.

Since 2014.. their revenue and profit growth every quarter.. if don't have fire incident.. comfort fly much higher. Besides that, it is cash free company.. higher chance for them to expand further.

Just c how much their revenue growth quarterly..
Then decide you wan to keep this share anot ba.. just ignore tan sri take comfort anot .. if take then is bonus. I think their growth rate is attractive enough.
