Hi @David, how do you think about their short term borrowing? The amount is quite huge based on their cash flow, any idea and ways sunway can adopt to pay back their borrowing? Hope to learn from shifu here ^^

Sunreit is retail reit. And as a subsidiary of Sunway Berhad, more and more property will be injected into Sunreit. As i know, velocity not injected now and Sunway is expanding their medical sector, we could expect more medical center will be injected into Sunreit at the future.

Axreit mainly involved in industrial and office property. Axreit can be considered as an aggressive reit for me. They are always busy on expanding their portfolio.

Both reits look good for me because i prefer a reit that keep expanding their portfolio and i think they see China 一带一路 as a opportunity if u check with their portfolio. Once our infrastructure projects completed, hopefully it may benefit to their property.

Agreed with you @batman11. I like both property and REIT market. REIT having better yield and all other things just left it to the professional 1; Property have better leveraging (10x in Malaysia), just be careful of the holding power and cash flow. Both are having their advantages, anything just depends on your planning and what you want.
