Everyone is waiting for the outcome of Icps whether oversubcribe or undersubcribe & its listing price. If the company is successful in achieving its intention, it will strengthen its financials including reducing debts.

Hopefully the LA to RM0.30 or higher. I believe many people are caught at that price.

I hope the management gets an analyst to write an article on the company to create some interest or record better financial results. Otherwise, it will be a long long wait.

I agree with you to buy mother share at current price. Several major shareholders sold their stake in Atta probably due to the right issue. Otherwise, the price wouldn't have dropped so drastic.

It is not easy to predict how much the price
of icps can go up. It depends on the company's financial performance & market sentiment. The question is whether worthwhile for iculs holders to convert to mother shares.at RM0.87 per share & to pay RM640 for every 1,000 shares not forgetting the amount paid for iculs.

I believe the price of mother share will not be affected as this exercise does not increase the number of Atta shares. The company has obtained the shareholders' approval to issue ICPS to raise capital.

From my understanding, the conversion price for ICULs has been revised to RM0.87 from RM1 to cater for the rights issue of ICPS.
