（吉隆坡27日讯）2017财政年第四季和全年成功转亏为盈的依华建台（Eversendai Corp Bhd）表示，有信心在今年取得进展，因集团营业额和盈利继续稳定增长。

执行主席兼集团董事经理Tan Sri AK Nathan表示：“我们非常有信心在今后取得更高的收益和丰厚的回酬。我们正致力于进一步加强在当前市场的营运，并精简成本控制以提高盈利。”

配合该集团发布业绩，他通过文告说：“凭借实力和韧性、审慎和稳健的企业风险管理，我们有能力继续保持自信表现，在2018年交出强劲的赚幅回酬。”

依华建台公布，截至去年12月杪末季净赚2981万令吉，上财年同期则净亏2亿1446万令吉，归功于各业务部门的营运表现有所改善。

末季营业额从3亿4879万令吉，劲升48.86%至5亿1922万令吉。

2017财年全年净利为8651万令吉，2016财年则净亏2亿7888万令吉；营业额从15亿8000万令吉，增15.67%至18亿3000万令吉。

中东地区为集团营业额贡献54.6%，大马和印度业务则分别占11.2%和14.5%。

该集团表示，核心业务钢架仍是净利的主要来源，占营业额的68.3%，而发电厂、土木工程和油气贡献余下的31.7%。

同时，该集团在中东攫取7项新合约，总值约2亿6170万令吉。另外，在卡塔尔和迪拜也分别获得3项和4项新项目。

截至3时40分，该股报86.5仙，扬5.5仙或6.79%，成交量有524万5100股。

该公司周二向交易所报备，已向麦格理银行发出终止通知，将于19日生效。

去年8月15日，依华建台建议私配最多7738万9900股或10%的股本，并与麦格理银行签署有条件股权认购协议。

假设配售价为每股98仙，该公司估计可筹获7580万令吉。

其中，7000万令吉将用于偿还短期贷款，480万令吉将用做营运资本，而剩余的100万令吉则为私配开销。

闭市时，依华建台以80.5仙挂收，起2仙或2.55%，成交量有145万2000股。
