My friend told me this counter will start moving again after World Cup and he is right on the spot as this counter has been moving slowly the past three trading days from RM0.135 level. Next target will be retesting RM0.18 then RM0.22

Hi 008, I was just making a wild guess since Raymond may wanna get back at Eddie by stirring up Asuprem. My broker did informed me that Raymond has started accumulating some Asuprem shares the past two weeks.

Tomorrow will be the T+4 for the last Friday purchase. Thereafter, this counter will most likely move up while waiting for the release of the free warrants. So next week should be more exciting.

For those who did not buy this morning, it's really a missed opportunity. After the press conference, there will be more reason for it to move up. Good luck to all the loyal supporters......we will be rewarded

The surprise was WA as I did not expect it to go so near the Mother. Was actually looking at it the past two session when it was only rm0.20 ..... But it is too far out of money

The max gap between mother and WB will be the theoretical exercise price of rm0.175 when it's nearing expiry sometime in 2018. The current gap is around rm0.07. So if mother touches rm0.80', the price of WB should be around rm0.70 depending on market forces.

This is also another gem. Will be another O&G play soon with further announcement of pending projects. You will be amazed

I will continue to buy in using the proceed from disposal of my other shares. My ultimate goal is to sell all at RM1.00 and above progressively. So I am in for the mid term ..... FYI, been holding this counter since September last year and has seen many ups and downs .... now, the situation is getting clearer and more positive. Whatever that was promised have been delivered thus far. Kudos to Chris and team....keep it up. Many of us have been supporting Sumatec share price for a long time.

How often have we lamented that we should have hold on longer to one share instead of moving in and out of several shares.....the gain from this one share play maybe higher that the gains from all those in and outs .... If we have spotted a gem and our entry point is low, coupled with a strong management team with thirst for greater projects going forward, I would rather stay on and enjoy the ride. Patience is the name of the game.

Both the warrants are out of money with WA being exceptionally high vs the mother. The exercise price for WA is rm0.35 while the WB is rm0.175 (if I am not mistaken). Since it is still a relatively new warrant, this is quite normal especially during an uptrend. But I will place my bets on WB then WA. Buying warrants is still a cheaper proxy to the mother.

Exercise price is RM0.68 and looking at current price, the warrant will be trading around rm0.30 level when is opens this Friday (was informed that it will be credited to our account on this date). The mother share should trend upward next week once they clear the purchase made last Thursday and Friday ..... Clear off those on contra. For a guide, look at N2N which is trading around the RM1.00 level.....

I do agree with the view of one reader who said the CFO sold off but to a friendly party to avoid the reporting requirement to Bursa during closed period etc. With such a move, she do not need to make any disclosure when she sells later. Her position as CFO is very sensitive. In this case, she sold before the big hike, so it won't attract suspicion of insider trading. She is a privileged person in the company. Great move CFO. Sumatec will sure to trend higher.....or maybe she is also converting Mother to WB

Stonenut, please read the company announcement via Bursa website so that you don't make a fool of yourself. I believed nobody forced anyone to buy anything. We are all here based on our own judgement and risk appetite. We are here to make money and not to argue. If you are not convince with Sumatec's potential, then there are plenty of other stocks to invest in. Move on and stop expecting people to spoon feed you. Only time will tell whether you are right or wrong ..... But who cares.

Why should any of us be bothered with what "the Nut made from Stone" says. We have been with Sumatec long enough to understand its development. This is a crucial stage when it will quantum leap. Just focus on the pumping this counter up all the way. The last one laugh the loudest. Leave those non believers.

Will finally able to exit from my Eforce mother on Monday onward (since entitled to the WB already with ex-date on 14 July) and buy more into Sumatec-WB. Potential unlimited for Sumatec-WB .....

Wonder what will be adjusted price (if any) on Monday.

Do take note that PM's bro, Mohd Nizam bin Abdul Razak is also a substantial shareholder of Eforce via his 8.8% holding.

His brother is a lawyer plus sits on the board of several good plc.

I am not sure what will be the impact of this news on tomorrow's Sumatec pricing but an entry by a high profile person as director will indeed be a plus point. Maybe Tan Sri is trying to get more high calibre directors to attract more institutional funds later on once it get uplifted from PN17 soon. Since Sumatec paid up is so huge, we need many many bigger players with longer holding power to mop out some of the shares in order to sustain continued rising of its share price. Small traders will trade based on smaller price range and as such will prolong the process.

Basing on the price movement the past few days, most likely Eforce will close at around the RM1.00 level, thus giving the warrant a theoretical value of RM0.32 based on exercise price of RM0.68 .... By keeping at this level, the warrant will be cheap upon its listing with more upward potential. Same goes with the mother share from next week onwards....pls advise on others view on this

Just heard from my broker that Eforce has got the OSK account from N2N since they are now part of RHB who is already using Eforce platform. Means ..... More revenue and profit for Eforce going forward....

Noted DH. I always prefer to play with WB due to lower entry point with better profitability. Have been monitoring the gap for a better entry point.

N2N recommended as stock to watch next week.....Since Eforce in same biz, maybe this will add in as another impetus to charge ahead.....Friday will be the last day to trade in order to get the free warrant ....so only five (5) trading left ....

But Winvest is just a rm2 company. Tried goggled it but can't find anymore info. Do you think there is any significant and/or favorable impact?

Off market transactions are suppose to clear off sellers at bulk. This will clear off some floating shares in the market resulting in less selling pressure. In the case of Sumatec, the paid up share is too huge at 3 bil...so we need more of these off market at higher values to clear hurdles.
