Pls correct me if I am wrong.

Basically this SPAC action is just an investment for Serbadk group. in its statement it said Serbadk group invested RM24.10 mil in the SPAC. The fund raised from IPO will used to do M&A and targeting in technology sector.

I refer back Serbadk most recent Balance Sheet. They have RM836mil of cash and only used RM24.10mil for this investment (which is 2.88% of their cash only.)

I am worry at first when this announcement came out but after read through it carefully. it seems like not a bad news at all. At least they are expanding their biz.

Maybe they manage to reduce its trade receivable so that they have more cash to pay down its loan and do expansion? I don know. just simply guessing haha.

Although vaccine really come out. Those business which get impact a lot during this pandemic will not recover back immediately or in short term also. But sales for glove counter can say is already secure. Market panic sell right now then there is someone who happy to collect. Only people who blur blur and dumb dumb will get panic. If you hold this stock long enough you will encounter many times of significant up and down. But at the end the price will go up eventually. The point is HOW YOU GOING TO CONTROL YOUR OWN EMOTION DURING DOWNTREND.

Current price movement is quite good, slow and stable.

i think although vaccine released. The performance of Top Glove will not be affect too much as people around the world need glove to apply vaccine and the sales for most of the glove counters already secure until next year. In another word, they sales are secure. i admit there will be a panic sell once the vaccine is released. But i cant stop Top Glove to show good result to the market based on all the analysis report finding.

actually don have to worry about if the virus suddenly disappear. Becuz all the order are fixed and i believe all are upfront payment. which mean the their revenue are secured.

if company have good result then they are willing to announce earlier lo. Normally those company try to delay the announcement date sure have something want to hide or have some bad news.
