if you hold 100k units of EAH, you will be offer right issue (right to buy EAH shares) at discount price 10cents. You must hold before x date (22/5/2014). (You need to contact your remisier or your investment for the buying process). For 100k units of EAH shares your are entitle another 100k units of EAH at 10cents (1 to 1) and EAH will give your FREE warrants C at 50k (normally warrants start price at half to one cents- every 2 EAH shares you got 1 warrants so if hold 100k units, you are entitle for 50k free warrants)..hope that help..tq

Based on charting...the price quite stable at 39cent from 27 Jan 14 to 4 Feb 14...I believe, it wont touch that price as there is no unfavourable news on IRIS that could drag down the price that much...others factor due to PP is 51cents...so the price must be around that....if the price goes down to much... PP would be unattractive anymore for IRIS in future..just my humble oppinion
