（吉隆坡28日訊）亞航X（AAX,5238,主板貿服組）下月發佈的第四季業績存有轉機，大眾研究決定調高評級至“跑贏大市”。

大眾研究認為，亞航X業務扭轉困境的跡象明顯，值得更高估值。

該行指出，管理層在匯報會上暗示第四季業績會改善，並計劃在2016財政年推進4大措施，包括提高票價和承載率、增加班次、開發新航線，以及加強短程航班銜接。
亞航X籌劃的新航線包括新德里、奧克蘭（經黃金海岸）、夏威夷（經大阪）等，也打算增加成都、上海和北京的班次。

2016財政年，亞航X將接收4架新飛機，預期當中的兩架分別交給泰國和印尼聯號公司，剩餘兩架則歸大馬公司。
該行認為，在航線發展完善和國際油價下跌的帶動下，亞航X現財政年業績有望改善。
有鑑於此，該行決定將亞航X的2016財政年股價賬面值預測從1.2倍提高到1.6倍，目標價由21仙調高至28仙。（星洲日報／財經）

IFCA多媒體（IFCAMSC，0023，創業板科技組）今日終於推出property365.my（P365）產業交易網站，分析員認為，此平台可對發展商及買家帶來雙贏局面，預計在2016年可為IFCA帶來最高2千400萬令吉淨利。

聯昌研究表示，I F C A多媒體推出的平台無論對發展商或買家皆利好，發展商可增加銷售管道，買家則能以簡便和透明化的過程，尋找及預計房產。

該行預計，在接下來的數週內，會有更多的房產上架該平台，目前，已上架該平台的產業總值已達30億令吉。
根據聯昌研究，IFCA多媒體的傭金為產業價格的1%至5%，若在2016年內賣出總值20億令吉的產業，可為IFCA多媒體帶來4千萬令吉的營業額，以50%至60%的賺幅計算，在2016年裡該公司可多賺2千萬至2千400萬令吉，相等於每股盈利增強52至63%。
雖然聯昌研究看好IFCA多媒體發展，但目前還未納入新產業買賣網站的收入，保持評級在“買入”，目標價也維持在1令吉80仙。潛在催化因素是成功推介P365網站和中國銷售比預期強勁。（星洲日報／財經‧報導：陳林德）
