Hwang DBS recently upgraded Mulpha/Mulpha Land for Iskandar play.
Am seriously thinking of buying. Any ideas which is better - Mulpha or Mulpha Land ?

Many reasons 1. Mulpha Land is undervalued NTA Rm1.65 Vs 50sen M/Price;
2. Mulpha-land is tightly held and 80% controlled - no loose shares;
3. There is a Call Option for 30 million Mulpha Land shares at RM1.16.
4. Option is granted for RM2million cash (about 7sen per share)
Conclusion: seems Mulpha Land is due for an Break=Out very soon !!

Is that a BUY or SELL or Hold on Mulpha ??? Any thoughts on its 70% subsidiary Mulpha Land as a proxy buy ?? Undervalued and Small Cap PLC = Good Value...I think.
