@kikat77- REIT is more stable and doesnt have great impact when there is market sentiment... benefit of REIT is constant distribute Div at least 4c, and suitable for investors who rarely observe it share price... because REIT slow growth trend ...
Now govt has been reduce OPR, which also bring benefit to REIT sector.. if you interested invest REIT, maybe can try SUNREIT, PAVILION REIT which give high yield div and occupancy rate a 95% with long term tenant contract basic ....
