Q3 wont be that great due to high fuel prices...but Q4 should improve if Malindo keep raising their fares...which is happening now. MAS lost so much, I am sure the CEO will ask them to stop the bleed, what is the point of having fully booked flights when you are BETTER off not flying?

By the end of this year, Malindo Air expects to fly to Cochin, Trichy and New Delhi in India and Chinese routes such as Shenzhen and Shanghai. Today is Nov 15, 2013. That leaves 45 days or less to start 5 routes? What is their real passengers load compared with the estimated 1.5 mil passengers as stated in other interviews? Flying Fox delayed their 1st flight to 13 Dec 2013.

Thai Lion Air first mistake...selling tickets to Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta from 18 December 2013 when their paperwork are not ready! Now they are writing to all the passengers of KL/Jakarta route to opt for refund or free date change. Really putting the horse before the carriage on this one. The problem with Thai Lion is that, even though it may not have the planes nor the passenger loads, the unbelievable low prices of Thai Lion will force AA to lower prices for the routes in general. That is affecting their bottom line as seen in Malaysian scenario already...barely a year and we have lost so much!
