qr will be coming out tomorrow right?

Anyome have any clue on why is it so hard to clear the seller at 0.120?
Last firday plus today already have 30million shares done at 0.120 but it still seems to be no where near from clearing this big block.
Can i have anyone thoughts on this issue?
