You yourself also use P/E to value a share, most of the share of the "E" earnings is also stand for accounting profit. correct or not?

Now let just take Pantech as example, the moment they sold their pipe whether cash or credit basis we have to recognize them as our revenue (consider that none of their customers unable to pay) however, in business sure there is no 100% all the customer can pay. how many of them cant pay or gone default we dont know. so how are we gonna determine the E the moment we value our share? cash basis ka? how the hell u knw out of their revenue how many % is cash basis how many % is credit basis??

as long as there is credit basis thr is accounting profit. pls get your facts right, even magni, perstima..and so on.

not that i want to attack you, its just that you are more or less like jon choivo's text book theory, but of course you are more easy to deal with, not like choivo capital talk here talk thr ended up contradict with his own statement.

KC if business really like what you say...then no need do already, i presume your sentence below you are saying that accounting profit no use, then i think you can only invest in those pasar malam store as they are cash basis 真金白银, no trade receivable at all, so nothing like what u say "accounting profit" at all. As long as there is trade receivable business will forever have this so called accounting profit, you cannot 100% confirm that all your receivable will get back money also. Even public bank hire purchase department has default also. If really like what KC say accounting profit no use, public bank no need open shop d, tmr can close all shop.

Your Insas also accounting profit, all their mark to market securities, we value it based on market value, as long as they never sell it what we can see is only fair value gain from financial instrument, are we seeing real cash coming in?? no, nothing at all....and why are you still invest in it?

I can name you at least 3 companies selling at 40-50% off fair value. And this is fair value derived from earnings.

If we go to RNAV, i can name you 10 at more than 50% discount easily.
