heres why:
1)its a malaysian company with malaysian heritage..
china ppl already have a mindset of nanyang (southsea/malaysia) white coffee in their mind..
such a waste to give this status quo to outsiders..
2)the take over intend to delist the share from bursa.. we loss a good company to invest..
3)valuation of 3.18\share is a daylight robbery...
with such a good growth stock with good dividen... should be atleast rm4\share..
4)JDE might move the production out of malaysia... locals loss job.. GDP\export figure comedown
5)JDE might close oldtown kopitiam.. no more lunch at oldtown...

weak sentiment due to loging tax hike.. low palm oil price..
IMHO price will be increase after the market absorb the sentiment of tax hike/ palmoil stabalize above 2600/ dividen increase... and mr market realise that fundamentally is sound with this counter.. very suitable if you play accumulation with this counter (buy consistantly everymonth in small amount)

i just accepted the lost..
when every tech counter making huge profit.. jcy making loses..
no clear sign of turn around in the near future..
dividen is decreasing..
fundamentally not in my criteria of stock to hold anymore..
